No eating.

Aiming for a 7 day fast.

I felt that way before I re-started my weightloss.

 What you really have to do is just sit yourself down and ask yourself, “how bad do I want this? How bad do I need this? How will I feel if I just let it all go?”

In no way am I about to offend you, and if I do, I really don’t mean to <3 but your current attitude towards getting up to workout and put the effort in to get results: is lazy. And we all get that way at some point.

But you know what you want and you know what it takes. You can do it! Committtttttttt.

And also, join an exercise program that’ll have you wanting more! Dance classes, or just circuit training, any kind of new/different/interesting programs or plans! (:
